Experience engineering is a service that Mice ltd offers to Slovenian venues, agencies and companies which would like to come up with high quality incentives and adventures that are based on a strong story and are structured to provide extraordinary experienced for all the guests. Experience engineering is a side product of a project from story to experience, which Žiga started in 2007 during his research work at the Leeds Metropolitan University, which was financed by the British Council. The main goal of this ongoing project is to theoretically understand a relationship between a story and experience, two terms that are very commonly heard in the MICE industry. First tentative conclusions were presented at the UK Centre for Event Management on the 5th of March 2007 and at the Slovenian Event Management Conference on the 13th of June 2007.
