The main purpose of team building is to strengthen relations between team members and build an atmosphere, which should eventually help with the effectiveness of the team in achieving its goals. The difference between fun and expert teambuilding is important. Expert team buildings employ a psychologist with the job of monitoring and evaluating performance of individuals and the team. While fun teambuilding is very similar to incentive or adventure, expert teambuilding is hard work that does not always have to be fun.
