How to work with us?
- Send us basic information on your event - desired location and date, expected number of participants, the number of rooms and venues for meetings required, technical requirements and other wishes.
- Based on your initial input we will find the venues and services, which are most suitable for your event, provide financial proposals and help you organize an inspection tour before you make your final decision.
- When you select the venue or service, we prepare a contract that defines the obligations between the client and the provider
- When the contract has been agreed and signed, our work normally comes to the end.
